Si todavía hay un botón activo en la barra de herramientas, presione nuevamente sobre él para que ninguna herramienta esté activa.

Toque en cualquier parte de la nota para abrir el menú correspondiente.

Presione en "Propiedades..." para abrir una ventana con las propiedades (color, fuente, etc.).
